Please download the SCML Result Card to your desktop, Once game is completed please email to the below address for your designated age group this will automatically go through to the Reading Chronicle:
The match referee will expect to see a printout of the card at each match, this is required to make sure that player cautions etc are properly recorded
THE SCML RESULT CARD MUST BE SENT THROUGH TO THE READING CHRONICLE BY MONDAY 11AM AT THE LATEST!!!!!!!
PLEASE PUT SHORT MATCH REPORT IN PRESS INFORMATION AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FORM AND TEAM PHOTO SO THE CHRONICLE CAN PUBLISH FOR YOU (OPTIONAL)
